Directions:
*Never use the Shower Steamer while taking a bath, immersed in water. *

For best results, place the Shower Steamer on the floor of the shower. Drop a few drops of water on the Steamer to activate it. Proceed to take your shower and the indirect water hitting the Shower Steamer will cause the Steamer to begin dissolving and releasing the menthol and essential oil aroma. The steam from your shower will carry the menthol/essential oil up to you to inhale and breathe, clearing your nasal passages and any congestion.
 
Depending on shower usage and how much water hits it, each Steamer can last up to two showers.
